Usage and cost breakdown
See how many emails and texts your troop has sent and how much storage you're using each month, and what that costs against your MyTroop subscription.
Admin > Usage & Costs shows your troop's metered usage — the things your MyTroop subscription actually charges for — one month at a time. Pick any of the last 12 months from the selector at the top.
Monthly Usage
Three raw counts for the selected month: Emails sent, SMS sent (counted in segments, not messages — a long text can be more than one segment), and Storage (event photos, resource uploads, and the like). Storage for the current month refreshes each time you load the page.
Cost Breakdown
The same numbers, priced out: each line shows the math ({count} × {rate} → cost) for emails, SMS, and storage, plus your base subscription if your plan has one, adding up to an Estimated total. If pricing hasn't been configured for your troop yet, this card says so instead of guessing.
There's no "included allowance" to watch for here — MyTroop doesn't cap usage or charge overage fees. Every email, text, and gigabyte is billed at its per-unit rate, same as any other month.
